Preparing Your Lot for Sealcoating

Regardless, we will need an access key or a facility maintenance person to let us inside any fenced areas with locked gates. Lawn sprinklers must also be shut off until the project is completed.
Additionally, you can expect all entrances to your parking lot to be barricaded with a combination of orange traffic cones, red flags, or yellow caution tape as deemed necessary. It isn’t until approximately 24 hours after the sealcoat has been applied that you can drive on your lot.
